COLONIE — Sofia Sanzo had a hat trick in a wild win over Burnt Hills Ballston Lake 5-3 on Thursday, Sept. 29.
Sanzo scored all three of her goals in first half but Burnt Hills tied it up with three of their own.
Julia Bancheri and Brooke Dufour each had goals in the second half to seal the victory for Colonie. Isabella Franchi Hailey Lotz and Kendall Abraham each had an assist.
Colonie Keeper Hailey Blake had seven saves for Colonie.
The Raiders (6-3-1 overall and 5-2 in league play) will play at Niskayuna on Saturday, Oct. 1, play at Bethlehem on Thursday, Oct. 6 and host Saratoga on Saturday, Oct. 8.
