ALBANY — The state Department of Health released an interactive map that tracks the number of COVID-19 cases by county.
In addition to the number of positive cases, other information given when a user clicks on a particular county include how many people were tested in that county, the percentage of positive results, the number of people tested on that particular day and the number of new positive cases for that day.
It also shows a trend of people tested and people who tested positive in each county going back to March 5. It also gives statewide totals.
The data is generated from the reported results from all labs testing in the state. It is updated daily.
