COLONIE — Police are looking two suspects who robbed two stores armed with a crowbar.
According to Lt. Robert Winn, the two armed robberies appear related.

On Wednesday, Jan. 15, at 12:04 a.m. one suspect entered the Northway Mobile, at 610 Troy-Schenectady Road, armed with a crowbar and demanded money.

The clerk handed over less than $200 from the register and the suspect fled on foot. The suspect was later picked up by a dark colored sedan heading east on Troy Schenectady Road.
At 10:58 a.m. the same day, the GameStop at 800 Loudon Road reported that a lone suspect entered the store armed with a crowbar and demanded money. The clerk, who was working alone, had already started to call 911 so the suspect fled.
The suspect was seen getting into a black sedan believed to be a Volkswagen that headed south on Loudon Road.
The suspect in the first robbery stands about 5-foot, six inches tall, weighs about 155 pounds and was wearing a black jacket and hood, a white scarf over the face, gray pants, tan boots and black gloves. It is not known if it is a
male or female.
The suspect in the GameStop robbery is a female in her 20s standing about 5-foot, 5 inches tall, weighing about 110 pounds and wearing a black jacket with fur on the hood, blue pants and black sneakers.
