Question: Why are you running for town board?
Answer: I have been in public service since 1979. My 32 years serving on the Town of Colonie Police force has given me excellent insight into the everyday functions of the town government. I would like to continue to serve the people as a Town Board member.
Q: How will your experience serve you on the town board?
A: As a former Investigator, I bring my problem solving skills and my unique prospective on safety and crime. Using these skills will allow me to assess the issues in order to obtain a solution.
Q: What do you think are the biggest challenges facing the town?
A: Our aging infrastructure, deteriorating roads and traffic congestion are just a few our our biggest challenges facing our town.
Q: What are your ideas for addressing these challenges?
A: We need to assess the current town budget, develop a strong financial plan and look for other financial alternatives to address the issues such as the deteriorating roadways and infrastructure systems. We also need to assess the traffic congestion and develop traffic plans for these areas.
