A teen accused of bringing a loaded shotgun into Crossgates Mall has plead guilty to felony charges.
The Albany County District Attorney’s office announced on Thursday, May 19, that Marcelle Chandler, 16, of Albany, pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
He will receive four years in state prison followed by three years of post-release supervision under the plea agreement. He will consecutively serve a one- to three-year sentence for criminal possession of stolen property.
