Two Saratoga County teens were arrested after a marijuana sale went bad, according to State Police reports.
Around 11:20 p.m. on Jan. 25, troopers responded to a residents on May Apple Way in the Town of Malta after the homeowner reported vandalism, which an investigation revealed was a broken window in retaliation over a failed drug sale between the homeowner’s teenage son and another youth, according to police reports.
Rico J. Amin, 16, of Malta, was arrested for robbery in the second degree, a felony, and criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree, a misdemeanor.
Harrison Coffey, 16, of Milton, was arrested for criminal sale of marijuana in the third degree, a felony.
According to police reports, Amin grabbed a bag of marijuana from Harrison Coffey, 16, from the Town of Milton and punched him in the face.
Police said the investigation is continuing and additional arrests remain pending.
