The Siena College women’s soccer team has finally reached the top 25.
The nation’s lone remaining undefeated and untied squad is ranked 25th among NCAA Division I teams in the latest Soccer America poll, which came out Monday afternoon.
The Saints improved their record to 10-0 with Sunday’s 2-1 road victory against MAAC foe Saint Peter’s. Shaker High School graduate Caitlin Cahalan was one of two Siena players to notch goals in the first 17 minutes of the game.
It’s the first time a Siena team has been ranked in the top 25 of any sport since moving its programs to the NCAA Division I level.`
