Kina Zhou set two school records for the Niskayuna girls swim team in its 112-72 dual meet win against Ballston Spa Wednesday.
Zhou won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.17 seconds, and she finished first in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:05.25. Both of those times are top in the state thus far.
Zhou also teamed up with Mikayla Frody, Emma Terwilliger and Emily Whitaker to record a state-best time of 3:39.98 in the 400 freestyle relay.
Terwilliger added victories in the 200 individual medley and the 100 butterfly for Niskayuna. Whitaker won the 100 and 200 freestyles, while Rachel Wurth finished first in the 100 backstroke and Grace Matuszyk took first place in the 100 breaststroke.
Niskayuna meets Bethlehem Friday in a dual meet.`
