The New York State Public Service Commission is holding two public information forums and public statement hearings on Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation’s planned construction of a new 115-kilovolt electric transmission line from Spier Falls in Saratoga County to Rotterdam in Schenectady County.
To speak at public hearings, advance appointments and presenting written material are not required. All comments will be included in a verbatim transcript for the record. Disabled persons needing special accommodations can place a collect call to the department’s human resource management office at 474-2520.
People who cannot attended the meeting or prefer to not speak publicly can send written comments to Hon. Jaclyn A. Brilling, Secretary, Public Service Commission, Three Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12223-1350 or email to [email protected]. All comments should refer to Case 10-T-0080.
