Bethlehem Deputy Supervisor John Smolinsky will preside over tonight’s meeting of the Town Board, as Supervisor Sam Messina is out of town.
The agenda bears no resemblance to last meeting’s voluminous budget. A number of housekeeping-type budget modifications and resolutions dealing with Department of Public Works projects will be addressed.
The deputy supervisor is tasked with conducting town business in the supervisor’s absence, but does not have the power to cast a vote on the Town Board.
