`Lewis was going from the north to the south side of SR 5 after apparently exiting a CDTA bus. The Pontiac struck the pedestrian causing him to be thrown into the windshield and then to the ground, according to the report.

As of Monday, March 15 there are not charges, but the investigation is pending.
The report states that Lewis was in dark clothes, not using the pedestrian crosswalk and Brown was not under the influence of alcohol or speeding.
