Colonie police arrested two suspects connected with a Massachusetts shooting on Monday, Feb. 15, according to information from the Colonie police department.
Christopher J. Davis, 26, of Pittsfield and Kyleanna A. Winters, 27, were arrested at the Hampton Inn at 10 Ulenski Drive.
Davis was charged with one count of being a fugitive from justice, a felony and Winters was charged with hindering prosecution in the third degree, a misdeameanor. Winters was released on recognizance, while Davis was brought to the Albany County jail without bail, pending extradition proceedings, according to police.
Police are alleging Winters provided transportation for Davis, who has a warrant out in Massachusetts for assault by means of a dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, possession of a firearm without a license and possession of ammunition without a permit.
Police said no weapons were recovered.
