The Old Iron Spring Festival of Music and Art will once again be taking place at The Saratoga county Fairgrounds in Ballston Spa on June 7 and 8. Admission is $7 at the gate, children 12 and under get in for free. Two day passes can be purchased for $10.
Two stages will be hosting a number of bands on both days. Performers include Aztec Two-Step, Skeeter Creek and Flynn 529, with many others.
The festival will feature a two day car show this year, with different categories for each day. There will be a sock hop at 7 p.m. on Saturday featuring the Ponytails Band, with prizes for 50’s style dress up and a sock hop dance contest.
Sunday will feature a tuner car competition, with prizes for the biggest sound system, loudest exhaust and best paint job.
Attendees can also enjoy a craft festival with over 60 vendors and large selection of tasty food.
Admission is $7 at the gate, children 12 and under get in for free. Two day passes can be purchased for $10. Gates open at 10 a.m. both days.
