COLONIE – State Police say an Albany woman was driving on I-787 at 10:40 a.m. with a BAC of .26, more than three times the legal limit of intoxication.
54-year-old Sandra Walker, was stopped on Saturday, July 8, and charged with aggravated DWI. She is slated to appear in Colonie Town Court on July 17.
