DELMAR — Rabbi Nachman Simon, of the Delmar Chabad, let a menorah lighting ceremony at the Four Corners on Monday, Dec. 19. Residents gathered around the menorah as the light switch was flipped on. Town Supervisor David VanLuven was in attendance, along with Town Board members Maureen Cunningham and David DeCancio (pictured above).
