TROY – Event attendees braved the rain to attend the 41st Annual Troy Victorian Stroll on Sunday, December 3. There were plenty of fun things to do in the Collar City to welcome in the holidays from hearing live music, viewing art, to holiday shopping at the River Street Market and other Troy stores.
