TROY — Three indie rock bands took the Riverfront Park stage on Wednesday, June 19 at Rockin’ on the River.
Speedy Ortiz, out of Northampton, Massachusetts headlined with special guests Geoff Gordon and Hate Club, both of Albany, brought an eclectic mix of covers and original indie rock, entertaining an enthusiastic, decent sized crowd for a cloudy evening along the Hudson River.
The free concert series will continue every Wednesday through Aug. 7. On June 26, starting at 5 p.m., Driftwood will headline with special guest The Sea The Sea.
