What type of music do you listen to?
I like to listen to basically anything that’s on the radio — hip hop, Fly 92.3 FM, Jamz 96.3 FM. One of my friends is a DJ on Jamz 96.3 FM, Jaleel Williams. So, it’s always fun to listen to a classmate of mine.
What TV shows do you watch?
I like to watch a lot of crime shows like “Criminal Minds,” “NCIS,” “Blue Bloods” … I find them very interesting.
What are some of your favorite hobbies?
I like outdoor activities. One of my favorites is we used to sail on Lake George, so I like to spend time on lakes — going kayaking, canoeing … stuff like that.
Describe your favorite meal.
Favorite meal is definitely lobster or steak. I love lobster rolls. What I’ve had in Maine is a lobster Reuben, which is pretty awesome — sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, the whole Reuben route, only with lobster instead of roast beef.
Describe your dream vacation.
I love going to Switzerland and just relaxing on Lake Lucerne.
Who is one person, dead or alive, you would want to meet and why?
I’ve kind of promised one of my throwers (Kim Granito) that if she threw a certain distance, I would bring her to a Justin Bieber concert, and then I said I’d do a meet-and-greet with Justin Bieber. So, I’d have to say Justin Bieber so that one of my throwers could have a meet-and-greet with him.
What is one of your favorite local memories?
One of the coolest memories I’ve had was actually watching my mother’s team (her mother is Shaker coach Marbry Gansle) in 2012 win the Sectional title in track and field. She went out and found four-leaf clovers for every girl on her team before the meet. And then, they all kind of laid out in a circle because they didn’t know if they’d won or not. They just had the four leaf clovers lying on their stomachs, and then someone came over and told them that they had won. They all did a victory lap, and then they jumped into the steeplechase water pit. It was a really exciting time.
