ALBANY COUNTY — New York State Police said they arrested a person of interest they believe was involved in a high-speed chase from earlier today.
State Police were involved in a chase first initiated along I-90 west bound and through the Exit 24 tolls. The chase proceeded south on I-87 with several troopers reportedly in pursuit of a dark-colored Dodge sedan. The Dodge exited at Exit 22 (Selkirk) and turned north on Route 9, when the chase was called off. Troopers ultimately located the vehicle in a parking lot in the 700 block of South Pearl St. in Albany.
