On Feb.27, Jessica Brice,21,of Cambridge, was arrested on a warrant by the State Police in Clifton Park for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal contempt in the second, according to police reports.
While being arraigned in the Halfmoon Town Court, Brice became unruly, verbally abusive and then physically combative towards two troopers, said police, and one trooper was assaulted and treated for injuries at Saratoga Hospital.
Brice was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $500 bail and was subsequently bailed out of Saratoga County Jail by relatives, after which she was transported to Washington County Jail where she was remanded due to a family court warrant that had been lodged against her. After another bail out , the State Police in Clifton Park lodged warrants for assault in the second degree and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree for her assault in the Halfmoon Town Court and she was remanded to Saratoga County Jail on $5,000 bail, according to police reports. Brice was bailed out the next day.`
