We are ramping up for our 27th Annual Dessert Spectacular, to be held at the beautiful Franklin Plaza in Downtown Troy.Join us for an evening of good company, good music and AMAZING Desserts from around the Capital District! We are very excited to welcome our community to share in the Celebration of the work that ILCHV does and the work of Disability advocates in our area.

This is a family friendly event and all are welcome to share in the celebration!
