Introduction to Fly Tying for ages 13 and older.  Capital District Fly Fishers presents an introduction to fly tying. The first session covers tools, safety, and hands-on instruction on the knots used in fly tying. The course will cover Streamers, Nymphs, Wet Flies, Dry Flies, and Terrestrials.

Students should bring any fly-tying tools they have to the first class.  Students MUST provide their own tools after the first session.   At the end of 8 sessions, each student should have an understanding of basic fly construction. 

Dates: (Wednesdays) 1/10, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/28, 3/6, 3/13 (3/27 makeup)
Time: 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Site: Locust Lane Clubhouse – 5 Locust Lane, Clifton Park

Registration is required due to limited class size.  Registration is made through the Town of Clifton Park, Parks and Recreation Website.  You do not have to be a resident of Clifton Park to register.
