Available leasing opportunities showcased during Sept. 7 event
ALBANY — 19 Dove, the historic former Harmanus Bleecker Library building, will host an open house and art exhibition on Wednesday, Sept. 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The event, which is free to attend, will feature a pop-up gallery exhibition curated by the Albany Center Gallery, which is celebrating its fortieth anniversary. Catered food options and carefully crafted local beer, wine, and cider will be available, in addition to a spirits tasting by the Albany Distilling Company. Guided tours will also be available by request.
The 1923-built landmark is home to professional organizations, businesses, and firms and is distinguished in appearance through its mixed Georgian and classical revival architectural style. For the majority of the building’s existence, it had served as the main location for the Albany Public Library. In 2002, the building underwent a major renovation that brought it up to twenty-first century standards.
The building features modern office amenities, free parking for leased tenants, and close proximity to local, state, and federal office buildings. Premiere suites are currently available for lease. For more information, contact Esther Rosado with Gallagher & Company at (518) 432-9705.
