CLIFTON PARK – A 21-year-old is under arrest for allegedly stealing money from Stewart’s.
According to the State Police, Michael A. Patell, of Ridge Lane in Ballston Lake, was arrested after Stewart’s security reported a theft from one of their stores in Clifton Park.
Patell, who employed by Stewart’s, was charged with falsifying business records and petit larceny.
He was arraigned in Clifton Park and scheduled to re-appear on Oct. 26.
