Jim Franco’s Spotlight article was most informative concerning the decision of Alexandra Velella to run for the New York State Assembly in Colonie and in parts of Schenectady County.
Velella will bring a needed change attitude to New York state government in terms of developing innovative solutions. The article discussed several important problems that Vellella intends to correct. Her opponent was a long-term member of the Albany County Legislature, has been an elected official for about 25 years and does not have the perception or knowledge to solve the problems of a changing society in the 2020s.
Velella will bring needed change to the New York state government and bring positive outcomes to the people of Colonie and to portions of Schenectady County.
