COLONIE – Police are investigating an armed robbery at the Sunoco A+ Mini Market on 62 Exchange St.
According to Lt. Robert Winn, the suspect displayed a dark color handgun and demanded money at around 3:13 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 8.
The clerk was alone, and handed over about $150. There were no shots fire and no injuries reported.
The suspect fled on foot towards Exchange Street where it is believed he had a car waiting.
He is described as a 5-foot, 11-inch black male weighing around 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing light colored jeans, a black jacket, black hat, black mask, black shoes and grey gloves.
