COLONIE – Two Troy men are facing a host of felonies after allegedly pointing a gun at a man and stealing $20 and a cell phone case.
According to police, the victim and two friends were walking on Troy-Schenectady Road near Taft Avenue on Aug. 31 at around 2:53 a.m.

A vehicle pulled up to the trio and two ran away. Jhune Exum, 24, and James Foster, 17, got out of the car, pointed a gun at the 18-year-old Latham man who didn’t run away and demanded money.
The victim gave them $20 and a cell phone case. Exum and Foster got back in their car and drove away.
An investigation identified Exum as the driver and Foster as the passenger of the car.
Exum was picked up from the Albany County Probation Department and arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 13, and Foster was arrested in Troy on Friday, Sept. 15.
They stand charged with the felonies of robbery while using a deadly weapon, forcible theft, robbery aided by another robbery while displaying a firearm and conspiracy.
