SPOTTED: St Thomas the Apostle picnic at Elm Ave Park

DELMAR – The St. Thomas the Apostle hosted its annual picnic on Sept. 12 at Elm Avenue Park.

The day included refreshments, pony rides, a petting zoo, bounce house, games and raffles.
