Elsmere Community Day this Saturday, June 4
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter
  • Because of the predicted heat, the school is working with the fire department and planning a “little something” to cool off the kids (and adults) at the end of the day.  Please be sure to give your child permission (this will be announced at the end of the day), and maybe bring a towel or change of clothes if you don’t want wet children in your car!
  • If you volunteered to bring something (pop-up tent, cooler, extension cords ext) please drop them off to the loading dock after school on Friday between 3-4 p.m.or Saturday morning between 10-11 a.m.
  • Raffle tickets and Ping Pong Balls may be purchased at Community Day, but please send in your form by Friday, June 3, if you do not plan on attending.  You do not need to be present to win.
  • There are a lot of silent auction items, so even if you only have 1/2 hour on Saturday, please stop by. Every little bit helps.
  • Pizza will be available this year – this is new!  Other new items include colored hair extensions, mini-manicures, the kids raffle (including an American Girl Doll!) and some great crafts.
  • There will be a Book Fair in the library.  Please be sure to visit and get your summer reading books.
  • If your child plans on waiting for a turn to sit in the dunk tank, a permission form must be signed.  We will have these available on Saturday.
  • If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact Robyn Holstein ([email protected]), Meg Noonan ([email protected]), or Liz Lewis ([email protected]).
