TROY — As the Rolling Stones are touring the country, a packed house at Riverfront Park got a taste of Classic Stones Live on Wednesday, July 10.
The tribute band looked and sounded and looked like The Stones of 25 years ago, and played all the songs everyone came to hear including “Dead Flowers,” “Sympathy for the Devil,” and, of course, “Satisfaction.”
A group of talented young musicians from the Troy Music Academy opened up for The Stones.
Next week, Rockin’ on the River continues with Balun and special guests Dark Honey and Laveda.
The show, presented by the Troy Business Improvement District, starts at 5 p.m.
