ALBANY— What local band opens Pearlpalooza this year?
The answer to that question starts formulating at Lucky Strike Social when Round One of WEQX’s Battle of the Bands opens Thursday, July 26, at 8 p.m.
Bad Mothers, CK and the Rising Tide, Paradox Saints and Honey Suckle Vine Band duke it out for radio airplay, a private party and the ultimate prize of opening this year’s Pearlpalooza in September.
There will be several rounds before a final winner is determined on Thursday,
Aug. 30.
Music starts at 8 p.m.
