TROY – The weather may have scared some away, but when there is live Grateful Dead music playing on stage it takes more than a little cold rain and snow to deter the hardcore fans.
Blues for Breakfast took the stage in a nearly constant rain at the weekly Rockin’ on the River on Wednesday, June 27.
Some fans danced with umbrellas, some wore ponchos and there were others who were just enjoying the rain.
The free weekly concert series, sponsored by the Troy Downtown Business Improvement District, will take Wednesday July 4 off and return on July 11 with Meklit headlining and Ade Knowles & Ensemble Congeros opening.
