TROY—Troy’s weekly outdoor concert event, Rockin’ on the River, has been rescheduled this week due to anticipated thunderstorms and resultant concern for the safety of participants.
Musicians Skeeter Creek and Sydney Worthley will now perform on Wednesday, August 15 from 5 to 8:30 p.m.
