Cloud Storage Basics
Want to get a handle on the nebulous “cloud?” Join us on Tuesday, May 15 at 6:00 pm as we demystify the cloud and look at its advantages and disadvantages. Then we will spend time saving and managing files in the cloud and accessing them over the internet. Participants can bring their own devices, or use one of the Library’s laptops. Optionally, bring a second device for even more hands on practice. Please register for one session.
Finding the Right College at the Right Price
Dean P. Skarlis, president of the College Advisor of New York will be leading the discussion Wednesday, May 16 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm on college admissions and financial strategy for parents of high school sophomores and juniors. Please register.
Trip Around the World Quilt with Patsy Quimby
Join us for a weekend class to make a Trip Around the World quilt. Local quilter, Patsy Quimby, will be here from 10 am Saturday, May 19 and 1:00 pm Sunday, May 20 to teach the pattern. The Materials List will be emailed electronically or at the library for pickup upon signup. Bring your lunch for Saturday, beverages will be offered.
