TROY – Celebrating the Collar City’s bicentennial was the theme of the 34th Annual Victorian Stroll on Sunday, Dec. 4.
Thousands came to Troy to catch some of more than 100 live performances, eat some food and drink some spirits, watch people dressed in Victorian-era garb and to peruse the many small, unique shops in downtown. And, of course, to stroll through some of the best architecture the Capital District has to offer.
