Spotted: Rockin’ on the River July 27

TROY — Blues for Breakfast provided the sonic backdrop to this week’s edition of Rockin’ on the River Wednesday, July 27, in downtown Troy. The group’s Grateful Dead covers brought out plenty of “Deadheads” to Riverfront Park. Next week, the concert series concludes with performances by Caroline Rose and Rabbit in the Rye.
