The Lark Street Business Improvement District celebrated its 20th anniversary of the annual fundraiser they hold each year on the Thursday before Tulip Fest in Albany’s Washington Park. Champagne on the Park brought together local business owners, artists, officials and patrons who support the efforts of the Lark Street BID to bring activity, culture and community to the Lark Street neighborhood year after year. This year, the BID presented awards to two Lark Street businesses: Elissa Halloran and Brew.
