The 2014 Empire State Plaza Auto Show will give attendees a hands-on look at dozens of 2015 automobile models, as well as present-day ones.

“What makes it so nice is that it’s all inside and all-inclusive,” said Kim Perrella, of Eastern New York Coalition of Automotive Retailers, Inc.
As vice president of ENYCAR, Perrella is responsible for the auto show and member relations.
“There’s no pressure to buy and it’s stress free,” she said.
And attendance is free.
In all, 130 vehicles from 30 different manufactures will occupy the floor space of the plaza’s concourse from Friday, Nov. 7, to Sunday, Nov. 9.
The list of automakers who will be in attendance includes: Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler Jeep, Dodge/RAM, FIAT, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jaguar, Kia, Land Rover, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Mini, Mitsubishi, MV-1, Nissan, Porsche, Scion, Smart, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo.
This is the second auto show ENYCAR has organized for the area, and Perrella said it is a great opportunity for car shoppers to browse and compare.
“With great incentives and continuing low interest rates, now is the time to go see and feel the latest trends in automotive styling, product development and safety features from 30 different manufacturers,” said Perrella. “This auto show features cars, trucks, sport-utility vehicles, minivans and specialty exhibitor vehicles to look at, along with additional automotive displays and exhibitors.”
Each car remains the star of the show, but there is plenty of other entertainment to enjoy as well.
For the kids, Mr. Twisty will perform on Saturday from 1-4 p.m. Face painting by Audra Miller Face Painting will take place Sunday, from 1-4 p.m. Homegrown celebrity Yolanda Vega is to make a special appearance at the New York Lottery booth.
Perrella also said, those car shoppers in the market for a ski rack are in for a special treat, as the plaza is also hosting the Ski & Snowboard Expo at the same time, beginning at 4 p.m.
The Empire State Plaza Auto Show hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free and parking is available in the Empire State Plaza visitor lot on Friday after 4 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday for $5.
