Carter Brock tied the score for the Jets (5-0-0 league, 6-1-1 overall) at 1-1 2:09 into the third period, one minute and 10 seconds after Justin Nolan’s goal put the Indians (1-4-0, 2-10-0) ahead.
Glens Falls goaltender Sean Kuhn kept his team in the game by making 40 saves — 19 in the first period alone. Shaker/Colonie netminder Zach Dignum stopped eight shots in regulation and overtime.
Wrestling
Shenendehowa bounced back from its first Suburban Council loss in more than 60 matches by beating Shaker 68-6 Thursday in Clifton Park.
Kevin Parker (120 pounds), Ryan Betts (132), Nick Kelley (138), Ali Hashimee (170), Levi Ashley (195) and Alan Gaines (285) all won by fall for the Plainsmen, who lost to Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Dec. 22. Kevin Guardino (106), Jordan Maynard (126), David Almaviva (145) and Zach Joseph (152) added technical falls.
Nick Dodd (160 pounds) and Jacob Parker (220) scored victories for Shaker.
Boys swimming
Seven individuals earned victories for the Shenendehowa boys swimming team in Thursday’s 107-71 victory over Albany.
Ryan Gordon (200-yard freestyle), Zach Costello (200 individual medley), Nick Hooper (50 freestyle), Ben Hale (diving), Mike Conley (100 butterfly), Eric Burdge (100 freestyle) and Piotr Czajowski (500 freestyle) won their events for the Plainsmen, who improved their dual meet record to 5-0.
