CBA football — The Brothers won their first six games before losing the Empire Division title to Shenendehowa on a 14-0 loss in Week 7.
Colonie boys cross country — The Garnet Raiders finished third at the Section II meet behind the running of Jon Holmes, who qualified for the state meet.
Loudonville Christian School girls soccer — The Eagles won their first Sectional title by beating top-seeded Fort Ann 1-0.
Shaker football — The Blue Bison defeated Shen 14-0 for their first Sectional championship, and they earned a berth to the state semifinals.
