COLONIE — The Bethlehem boys volleyball team beat The Raiders in three sets on Wednesday, Sept. 7.
The Eagles move to 2-0 after defeating Niskayuna in its Suburban Council opener on Sept. 2.
Against Colonie, they won the first set 25-17, the second 25-16 and the third 25-17.
Senior Danny Battista led Bethlehem with 14 digs, six aces and two assists. Junior setter Joe Monserrat had 22 assists and two digs while senior Alex Schalk had nine kills, seven digs and two aces and senior Jonah Negris had nine kills and two aces.
Colonie fell to 0-2 on the season.
