LATHAM — Four members of the Colonie boys bowling team had a 600-pin three game series against CBA to move to went to 8-1 on the season.
Overall the Garnet Raiders beat the Brothers 3,699 to 2,953.
Standout Aiden Deitz, who is carrying a 218 average for the season, led the Raiders with a three-game series of 731 and a high game of 269. His teammate, Tim Knowles had a pair of 248s for a three-game 666 total while Ben Hollner rolled a 639 and Justin Womeldorph had a 601. Zach Fruiterman rolled a 597 and Hunter Handley and Travaras Young combined for a 495.
Atillio Scaccia led The Brothers with a 583.
The two teams competed at their respective home lanes and the scores were compared after the fact to help stem the spread of COVID-19.
