COLONIE — The Colonie boys bowling team got by Shenendehowa by a total pin count of 3,272 to 3,188 on Thursday, Jan. 7, at Spare Time.
To help prevent of COVID-19, the two teams rolled at their home lanes and the pins tallied remotely.
Tim Knowles led the Garnet Raiders with a high game of the day, 256, and with a 213 and 193 a high three-game series of the day, 662. His teammate, Aiden Deitz, had a 611 (224, 200 and 187.)
Zach Fruiteman rolled a 582 (213, 200, 183) for the Raiders while Matt Julian had a 524 (193, 166, 165,) Ryan Teiper had a 497 (189, 172, 136,) and Liam Keane had a 396 (170, 129, 106.)
Shen was led by JJ Bauer with a three-game series of 612 (213, 205, 194) and Andrew Bauer with a series of 587 (214, 200, 173.)
