COLONIE — CBA scored a goal in each of the three periods to beat Bethlehem 3-2 in the Capital District High School Hockey League opener for both squads on Friday, Dec. 13.
Michael Cochran, Ryan Dollar and Jack Murphy scored for The Brothers while Dale Hammond, Colin Mesick and Sean Swenson had an assist each.
For Bethlehem, the Section II champs two years running, Jackson Carroll and Jonathan Thibodeau each had a goal.
Josh Coburn had 16 saves for CBA. Michael Kurdziolek had 114 saves in Bethlehem’s first four non-league games but his stats for Friday’s game at the Albany County Hockey Facility were not posted.
Bethlehem will play at Albany Academy and CBA will play at LaSalle on Wednesday, Dec. 18.
