GUILDERLAND — The Lady Dutch lost its last Suburban Council matchup to Shen on Thursday Oct. 10 by a score of 3-1.
Shen (6-2, 6-2) jumped out to a 2-0 lead after the first half but Guilderland (6-3, 7-3) pulled within a goal early in the second half on a goal by Gabby Klindworth.
Shen, though, controlled the ball for most of the second half and added a goal to end its season with a win. Three different players scored for Shen: Maia LaVigne, Sara Monroe and Emma Huthens.
Molly DiCaprio had 15 saves for Guilderland.
