COLONIE — The Saratoga gymnastics team won its 18th consecutive Section II title on Wednesday, Feb. 13, with a team score of 175.
Guilderland came in second with a team score of 161, edging out Bethlehem, who finished with a team score of 160.8. Host team Shaker, the fourth of just four teams in Section II, came in at 135.35.
Saratoga had the top three individual finishers too with Laura Eberlein (36.600) Ava Dallas (36.225) and Sophia Damiano (36.150.)
Guilderland’s Rachel Drislane came in fourth at 34.650 and her teammate, Allison Rem, placed fifth with 34.450. Bethlehem’s Alison Gray came in sixth with an overall score of 33.625.
