SPOTTED: Ten Lady Raiders score in win over BH-BL

COLONIE — Ten players scored for the Lady Raiders as the team cruised to a 54-40 Suburban Council win over Burnt Hills Ballston Lake on Friday, Jan. 18.

Colonie (7-3, 10-4) remains in third place in the highly competitive Blue Division behind Saratoga and Shen.

Ahnalese Pearson led Colonie with 13 while Alivia Paeglow had eight and Aliyah Wright had seven. Rounding out the scoring for Colonie were: Sareena DiCerbo and Marcie Trimarchi with six each, Kayce Cusak and Makayla Blake with four each, and Mia Sitts, Madison Dunlap and Kayleigh DeGonzague with two each.

For Burnt Hills (1-9, 2-11) Carlie Rzeszotarski had 13, Callie Chevalier had seven and Kelly Anderson had six.

On Friday, Jan. 25, Colonie will play at Albany and Burnt Hills will host Shen.
