SPOTTED: Colonie boys beat Guilderland by 30

COLONIE — The Raiders rolled over Guilderland 69-39 on Tuesday, Jan. 8, in a Suburban Council matchup.

Colonie senior Aaron Satin led all scorers with 17 including three threes while his teammate Josh Aybar had 16 with four threes and sophomore Brendan Coyle had 13 with three threes.

Marcus Shelton had 11, including a perfect five for five from the free throw line, while Jalen Rogers had four, Tayshawn Glover and Dylan Antoniak had three each and Donovan Canty had two points to round out the scoring for Colonie (3-5, 4-7.)

Guilderland, with one senior on the squad, is still looking for its first win.

Junior Ryan Teaney had 11 for the Dutch while Anthony Moffre had eight and Brandon Gagan had six. William Lia chipped in five, Brandon Caulfield and Christian Halayko had three each and Pat Bruno had two for Guilderland (0-8, 0-12.)

On Friday, Jan. 11, Colonie will play at Shen and Guilderland will host Shen on Tuesday, Jan. 15.
