TROY – The Blue Bison were up eight with about five minutes to go in the Class AA quarterfinals at Hudson Valley Community College on Saturday, Feb. 24, but Shenendehowa went on a 13-0 run to end the game – and win 51-46 – and move onto the semis.

Shaker’s Jake Cook led all scorers with 15 and Devin Mahoney had 14. Connor McHugh had six points, Ravion Burt and Sloan Seymour had four each and Antony JeanPierre had three to round out the scoring for the No. 7 seed Shaker.

Chris Hulbert had 14 for the No. 2 seed Shen squad while T.J. Sangare had 11, Greg Monroe had nine and James Altenburger had seven.

Shen will play the No. 3 seed CBA on Tuesday, Feb. 27, in Glens Falls. Tip is set for 6:30 p.m.
