BETHLEHEM – The boys soccer team had no problem with Columbia on Thursday, Oct. 5, winning the Suburban Council match up 10-0.
The Eagles (7-3-4, 7-3-4) scored eight goals in the first half: Killian Ryan had two, Derin Gumustop had two, Matt Stento had two and Nate Weinstock and Mark Daley had a goal each.
Ryan added another in the second half as did Jamie Smith.
Weinstock, Daley, Soares, Ben Rethmeier all had assists for the Eagles.
Sam Lane had six saves for Bethlehem while Trey Gaylord and Adam DiCesare had 10 saves in splitting the keeper duties for Columbia (0-8, 0-11.)
Bethlehem will play at Shen at 7 p.m. and Columbia will host Saratoga at 4:14 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 10.
